Todd E. Kamens, Managing Partner, Certified Scrum Master
As Managing Partner and Senior Consultant, Todd Kamens oversees the development and execution of the Company’s growth strategy and initiatives as well as provides consulting services in the field. With 15 years of experience in technology management and consulting with both leading global technology service providers and large public and private corporations, Todd provides consulting services at the strategic and tactical level in addition to managing all Guidance Technology’s functional disciplines including marketing, sales and client delivery.
Starting his career in the healthcare industry with EDS, Todd has built his experience through the Software Development Life Cycle holding various positions. Todd’s experience implementing enterprise software tools and applications, workflow management systems, Data Warehouses, change management, SoA based implementations and Vendor Management skills has given him a wide grasp of how people leverage technology to meet complex business needs. His experience with Operations Management and Agile software development practices has enabled him to apply the right tool to the problem and consistently deliver value to his clients.

Kimberly Penque, Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Kimberly has spent over fourteen years serving the High-Tech industry. Kimberly started her career in recruiting in 1993 with Vista High-Tech Resources, Inc. which later became part of Compuware Corporation. Kimberly worked alongside Project Managers, Software Architects, Software Developers and Software Engineers which gave her the insight into the Software Development Lifecycle.
Kimberly’s focus started with Contract Staffing for senior level Technologists in the Machine Control, Process Control, Machine Vision and Automation industries. Over the next several years Kimberly gained added to her recruiting expertise within the Information Technology sector while servicing a variety of industries including Healthcare, Financial, Pharmaceutical, Insurance and Retail. The relationships Kimberly has established through delivering of exceptional service to both candidates and employers has been a catalyst for her passion in the Staffing world.

Ben Hochberg, Business Development & Talent Acquisition
As a Senior Business Development and Talent Acquisition Manager, Ben has spent nine years serving a diverse clientele, fulfilling enterprise wide business and technology needs. Ben started his career in recruiting in 2000 with Softworld, Inc. where he assembled and managed multiple project teams ranging in size from 5 to 35 consultants, and in scope from $1mm to $60mm.
Ben is focused on learning his client’s business and technology so that he can quickly and effectively help to solve their problems and needs with the right subject matter expert or IT professional. By focusing on business value, he is able to meet the needs of both the client and the candidate and consistently succeed in helping deliver the right person for the role.
