Our classes are designed to be a stand-alone experience and do not require participants to bring anything to a class other than an open mind and willingness to learn.
All participants will get a printed copy of the slides on the day they show up for a class.
EventBrite, our event manager, accepts all credit cards. We accept personal or business check or money orders. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for payment via this method. Unless otherwise stated, all of our Public classes begin at 8:30 AM and run to 4:30 PM, local time. Classes generally include a break for lunch around noon, as well as brief breaks in the morning and afternoon
Our Public class location varies between Needham, MA and Burlington, MA with the event location to be confirmed via the Eventbrite ticket purchased.
If you are driving to our location, we will provide parking options based on location.
PMPs may file for up to 7 PDUs per day under PMI’s Continuing Certification Requirements, “Category 4: Other Providers.” Guidance Tecnology Training courses can also be applied to the required 21 contact hours that must be earned in Agile project management topics as part of the PMI-ACP application process.
In the case that a class is canceled, participants are entitled to transfer to another class or receive a full refund at their discretion.
Public training participants who cancel their registrations up to 30 days prior to the registered class will receive a full refund of the registration fees paid. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the scheduled class, the participant will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice prior to a class start, or registered participants who do not attend the training without providing prior notice, will be not be eligible for a refund or credit and will be charged the full amount of the registration. Guidance Technology reserves the right to amend this policy at any time as well as review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis in the event of family or health emergencies, hardship cases, etc.
