Todd E. Kamens, Founder and President
As founder and president, Todd Kamens leads daily business operations and oversees the development and execution of the Company’s growth strategy and initiatives. Todd has more than 15 years of experience in technology management and consulting. Working with his team, Todd oversees all of Guidance’s functional disciplines including, marketing, sales and client delivery.
Todd has played a central role in Guidance’s dramitic growth, managing the company’s expansion and development of new practices. Under Todd’s leadership, Guidance has consistently delivered value to our clients and has been recognized by Inc. as one of the fastest growing companies in IT Services in 2010.
Prior to Guidance, Todd’s career focused on the Healthcare industry working with Tufts Health Plan, EDS, Blue Cross Blue Sheild of Massachusetts where he was responsible for managing internal development programs to bring value to the business. With a wide grasp of how people leverage technology to meet complex business needs, Todd’s experience with Operations Management and Agile software development practices has enabled him to apply the right tool to the problem and consistently deliver value to his clients.

Kimberly Penque, Vice President of Talent Acquisition
As Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Kimberly has spent over fourteen years serving the High-Tech industry. Kimberly started her career in recruiting in 1993 with Vista High-Tech Resources, Inc. which later became part of Compuware Corporation. Kimberly worked alongside Project Managers, Software Architects, Software Developers and Software Engineers which gave her the insight into the Software Development Lifecycle.
Kimberly’s focus started with Contract Staffing for senior level Technologists in the Machine Control, Process Control, Machine Vision and Automation industries. Over the next several years Kimberly added to her recruiting expertise within the Information Technology sector while servicing a variety of industries including Healthcare, Financial, Pharmaceutical, Insurance and Retail. The relationships Kimberly has established through delivering of exceptional service to both candidates and employers has been a catalyst for her passion in the Staffing world.

Dan is a lifelong project manager and trainer with extensive experience in managing software development projects. Based upon this experience, he has adopted both Agile and Scrum as the primary methods for developing and implementing software. Though the role of the professional project manager is changing dramatically through these approaches, Dan has begun coaching organizations on how to effectively utilize their high-performing project managers within an Agile environment.
Dan has over 20 years of experience providing world class project management for strategic projects, direct P& L experience managing up to 50 million dollar software development project budgets, experience managing multi-million dollar outsourced software development efforts and strong, demonstrated, results-driven leadership skills including ability to communicate a clear vision, build strong teams, and drive necessary change within organizations. With extensive experience providing coaching and training across industries with the ability to manage relationships at the executive level, Dan knows what it takes to succeed.
